Malcolm Cumming has worked as a litigation lawyer since 1997, joining Maurice Blackburn in 1999 and being appointed to Principal in 2010. He is a Business Development Lawyer based in Melbourne, working closely with the allied health and community sector. In addition to his law degree, Malcolm is a Law Institute of Victoria Personal Injury accredited specialist. Doyles Guide lists Malcolm as a leading lawyer in motor vehicle accident compensation in Victoria.

Malcolm has extensive experience in TAC matters, having obtained compensation for clients injured in transport accidents for many years before focusing his skills on organisations that Maurice Blackburn works closely with. He also has experience in various personal injury areas including running the firm's Commonwealth Compensation practice and providing advice in the area of superannuation and disability insurance.

Malcolm is a member of the Litigation Section of the Law Institute of Victoria.

Andrew McKenzie is a passionate fighter for what is fair. He is a Principal at Maurice Blackburn and head of one of our Queensland departments. Andrew has been listed by the prestigious Doyle's Guide as a lawyer of note. He has spent 29 years working in plaintiff law firms, including 23 years as a qualified lawyer. He practices exclusively in civil law and has appeared on behalf of his clients in just about every court and tribunal in Queensland.
