This module is intended as an introduction to business planning and development. At the end of this module the following learning objectives will be achieved:

• Understanding the importance of planning
• Begin to understand the current state of your business operations
• The development of a vision, mission, objectives and strategy
• A greater insight into the need for additional business related education/mentoring
