This webinar presentation explores the issues surrounding workplace bullying and provides a practical framework for dealing with workplace bullying issues as they arise. Legal compliance obligations are also covered including both the existing obligations under the Work Health & Safety Act as well as the changes to the Fair Work Act that commenced on 1 January 2014 that enabled allegations of bullying in the workplace to be handled by the national industrial tribunal, the Fair Work Commission.
